Carmelo Anthony at dispensary event in Downtown Syracuse

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Former NBA star Carmelo Anthony attended a meet and greet event in Downtown Syracuse to highlight his cannabis brand.

Fans had the chance to meet Syracuse basketball legend and soon-to-be NBA Hall of Famer at Flynnstoned Cannabis Company in Downtown Syracuse on April 14. Anthony was in town to promote his brand of cannabis products.

Carmelo and his business partner launched the “Stay Melo”brand one year ago. According to one fan, the product”will go a long way toward helping her alleviate back pain.”

Anthony is set to return to the city on May 11 as the keynote speaker for Syracuse University’s 2025 commencement ceremony.
