“A Body in the Snow: The Trial of Karen Read” is a new series from Investigation Discovery that is set to premiere next week.
The documentary follows Read’s first trial, during which she was accused of killing her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O’Keefe, in 2022. She maintains her innocence.
The first trial ended with a hung jury in July 2024. Read’s retrial is scheduled to start April 1.
