Most issues reported—46%—were with the website, while 37% of users reported issues with the app and another 17% reported issues with login as of just before 4 p.m. EDT.
By 3:55 p.m. EDT, outage reports on DownDectector.com fell to about 32,000.
Zoom had not addressed the outage on social media as of 3:35 p.m. EDT, and did not immediately reply to Forbes’ request for comment.

Earlier on Wednesday, music streaming platform Spotify had an outage affecting more than 45,000 users, according to DownDetector.com. After about three hours of issues being reported, Spotify reported the outage had been fixed.
