Another exciting season of women’s college basketball has officially wrapped up and that means it’s time for one thing: the 2025 WNBA Draft! This year, the Draft is being held in New York City at The Shed at Hudson Yards on April 14. It promises to be a beautiful evening, especially on the Orange Carpet, where prospects will show off their looks before heading to the draft floor.

How can I watch the 2025 WNBA Draft?
The 2025 WNBA Draft will air live on ESPN starting at 7:30 p.m. EST (you can also catch it via the ESPN App). But if you want to tune in earlier, pre-coverage from your favorite Big Three—Elle Duncan, Chiney Ogunmike, and Andraya Carter—starts at 7 p.m. on WNBA Countdown and will be coming to you live from The Shed.
Who is in the 2025 WNBA Draft class?
There are 16 prospects a part of this year’s class. They are:

- Sarah Ashlee Barker (Alabama)
- Paige Bueckers (Connecticut)
- Sonia Citron (Notre Dame)
- Sania Feagin (South Carolina)
- Kiki Iriafen (Southern Cal)
- Aziaha James (NC State)
- Dominique Malonga (France)
- Aneesah Morrow (LSU)
- Te-Hina Paopao (South Carolina)
- Saniya Rivers (NC State)
- Madison Scott (Ole Miss)
- Shyanne Sellers (Maryland)
- Ajša Sivka (Slovenia)
- Serena Sundell (Kansas State)
- Hailey Van Lith (TCU)
There are other eligible prospects outside of this list who will likely be drafted as well. Just because a player isn’t on this list, doesn’t mean their name won’t get called later tonight.
Which team gets the first pick?
The Dallas Wings are slated to have the No. 1 overall pick, and UConn standout Paige Bueckers is likely to nab the spot. There are a total of three rounds during the entire draft night.
