Masters 2025 live updates: Round 3 leaderboard plus tee times, predictions and news

After his two-over 72 on Thursday, Max Homa battled nicely yesterday to come into the weekend at level par, silencing the critics he had coming into this week’s Masters.

And he has made a good start to his third round. After a par at the first, the 34-year-old hammered a 362-yard drive at the par-five second and got onto the green in two. An easy two-putt from there brought him his first birdie of the weekend.

Homa’s partner for the day, Tom Hoge, wasn’t quite as long off the tee but he too was on the dance floor in two. He couldn’t quite hear the music with 51 feet between his ball and the hole but he got within a foot with his first putt, kicking it in for a birdie.

Both Homa and Hoge are one-under for the day and, handily, one-under for the week.
