ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) — Madison, Henry, and Delaware counties are under a severe thunderstorm warning, where destructive storms are possible.
The National Weather Service placed southeast Madison, northwest Henry, and southern Delaware counties under a severe thunderstorm warning until 6:30 a.m.. This includes Anderson, Muncie, and Greenfield.
A sever thunderstorm warning is a life-threatening situation, you are urged to get to shelter now.
Wind gusts up to 80 mph and pea-sized hail are possible.
AES Indiana is reported over 5,400 customers without power and Duke Energy says over 4,650 people do not have power.
