NFL Draft 2025 news and live updates: Latest mock drafts, rankings, scouting reports and more

The Los Angeles Rams will hold their 2025 draft operations at a Los Angeles Fire Department Air Operations hangar in Van Nuys, California, the team announced Thursday.

LAFD’s Air Operations division will remain fully functional during the three days of the draft that the Rams, led by general manager Les Snead and coach Sean McVay, will take residence. Snead and McVay will work from a room within the LAFD Air Operations, while the hangar will serve as space for the team’s coaches, scouts, team personnel and on-site media. This marks the first time in NFL history that a team will hold its draft headquarters from a fire station.

Each year since 2020, the Rams have deployed their draft out of lavish private or mixed-use residences around the Los Angeles area. The entire team, including coaches and support staff, scouts and executives moves to that site for three days.

In the aftermath of the Palisades and Eaton fires that devastated the region this winter, the Rams changed course to feature the LAFD. The Air Operations division of the LAFD played a crucial role in the emergency response efforts around the wildfires in the Los Angeles region.
