American Idol” resumed Monday night, with performers hoping to make the Top 14 of the competition.

According to USA TODAY, the ABC competition show shed 10 contestants during its Sunday and Monday episodes. In the April 20 episode, viewers picked their 20 favorite singers from the Top 24. Then, on April 21, the contestants learned who made it into the Top 14.

Contestants Kyana Fanene, Grayson Torrence, MKY and Penny Samar were sent packing on April 20, during the “songs of faith” episode. Based on the Easter Sunday performances, “Idol” viewers cast their votes for the Top 14, and judges Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie and Carrie Underwood got to save four singers who’d found themselves in the “danger zone.”
