After dropping a new album earlier this year, Bad Bunny is now dropping his pants. For Calvin Klein, that is. Wearing nothing but his tattoos and a pair of briefs, he was revealed as the face of the brand’s spring underwear campaign on Monday, with multiple shirtless images of the “NUEVAYoL” singer being posted to Instagram. Let me be the first to say thank you, Calvin.
“This has been in the works for some time now; seeing it finally come to life has been gratifying,” Benito said in a press release for the campaign, which was shot by Mario Sorrenti. “I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to be part of this brand’s iconic campaign, and getting to shoot it in Puerto Rico made it that much more special and genuine.”
The thirst for Benito on social media is as rabid as always, with people commenting “RAW, next question” and “just broke up with my boyfriend” on the posts. I’m blushing just scrolling through them. Luckily for his feral audience, the steamy images are accompanied by a video set to Benito’s song “EoO.” “The easiest and most impactful way for me to put my signature on any project is always through music,” he told GQ. And that he did.
According to the press release, Calvin Klein said the campaign will appear on “high-impact out-of-home placements around the globe.” I’m hoping this means we’ll be getting a 50-foot image of Benito in his undies on the corner of Lafayette and Houston à la Jeremy Allen White. Please?
