BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A California Lottery player has struck it rich, winning an estimated $515 million Powerball jackpot. The lucky ticket, which matched all five numbers and the Powerball, was sold at a 7-Eleven located at 763 North Euclid Street in Anaheim. The winning numbers were 21, 7, 11, 61, and 53, with the Powerball number being 2.

The winner has one year to come forward and claim their life-changing prize. As a result of this win, the 7-Eleven store will receive the maximum bonus of $1 million.

Saturday’s draw marked the 29th since a player in Oregon last hit the Powerball jackpot in January. The top prize now resets to $20 million for the upcoming draw on Monday.

Every California Lottery ticket sold contributes to the state’s public education system. For each $2 Powerball ticket purchased in California, approximately 80 cents is allocated to educational programs.
