COVINGTON, Ky (WXIX) -The City of Covington is encouraging residents to evacuate due to the potential of isolated flooding near the intersection of Banlick Creek and the Licking River.
The city is urging residents who live in the area of Virginia Avenue and 45th Street to leave the area and seek shelter at Latonia Elementary School.
