De Bruyne Gets 8, Nunes With 7.5 | Manchester City Players Rated In Last-Gasp Win Vs Aston Villa
Manchester City entertained Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola’s men made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the seventh minute when Bernardo Silva got his name on the scoresheet. However, the Villans equalised just 11 minutes later thanks to Marcus Rashford’s penalty. Both teams went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
Man City struggled to find the winning goal in the second half but finally found it in injury time thanks to Matheus Nunes’ composed finish. The match ended with the Mancunian giants earning a last-gasp 2-1 win at the Etihad.
