Final Injury Report for Washington Wizards-Detroit Pistons Matchup

The Detroit Pistons will face off against the Washington Wizards on Thursday night looking to extend their winning streak to three games.

Of course, these two teams matched up against each other on Tuesday, with the Pistons securing a 123-103 victory behind Cade Cunningham’s 27 points, eight rebounds and 10 assists.

Detroit will now look to pick up another win against the tanking Wizards on Thursday and they will do so with an almost fully healthy roster.

The only player on Detroit’s injury report heading into Thursday’s game is Jaden Ivey, who continues to be sidelined due to a broken fibula in his left leg.

Ivey did receive an update on Thursday though as he is expected to miss another four weeks due to the injury but could return ahead of the Pistons’ playoff run. Of course, his rehab process would need to proceed without any setback for that to happen, but it is a good sign for Detroit.

On the other side, the Wizards will not enter the game almost fully healthy like the Pistons as they have listed four players on their injury report.

Washington has already ruled out Bilal Coulibaly due to a hip injury that also caused him to miss Tuesday’s matchup against the Pistons.

Malcolm Brogdon and Saddiq Bey have also been ruled out of Thursday’s game due to injury and Colby Jones has been listed as questionable due to right Achilles tendinopathy.

With the Wizards heading into Thursday’s game shorthanded once again as they continue their tank for a high draft pick, the Pistons will look to take full advantage with an almost fully healthy group led by Cunningham and Jalen Duren.

Fans can catch Thursday’s matchup between the Wizards and Pistons from Detroit at 7:00 p.m. EST.
