Flooded roadways in Pottawatomie County amid heavy rainfall

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — The Earlsboro Police Department reported on Tuesday that Econtuchka at Benson Park down to Hardesty closed due to high flood levels.

As of Wednesday morning, Econtuchka and Westech closed due to flooding.

Pottawatomie County District #3 reports the following road closures on Wednesday morning:

  • Ruben Rivers East and West of 9a
  • Econtuschka between Benson Park and Hardesty
  • Hardesty between Harrison and Brangus
  • Ruggles between 177 and Harrison
  • River road between Brangus and South Rock Creek
  • Benson Park between Brangus and Harrison

In Oklahoma City, I-35 northbound at I-44 was shut down on Tuesday due to flooding.
