In a stunning turn of events tonight on WWE RAW, Gunther attacked both Michael Cole and Pat McAfee, choking the latter out in a vicious display.
During tonight’s episode of RAW, Gunther made his way down to ringside and began yelling at the commentary team. Surprisingly, Michael Cole stepped up to Gunther, saying that he was simply doing his job by reporting what happened.

He said that it’s not him who tapped out to Jey Uso, and this caused Gunther to snap and grab Cole and put him in a choke hold. McAfee got up to help his friend, attacking Gunther and causing him to drop Cole. Although Adam Pearce quickly came running down to try and stop things from happening, Gunther got to McAfee.
He locked Pat in a chokehold, and took the commentator to the ground. The superstar held the chokehold in for a viciously long time, and only let go after it looked like McAfee passed out.
After some time, McAfee eventually got up, and struggled to make it backstage. After making it into his dressing room, Cole chewed out Pearce, and said that they have to be able to do their jobs without bias.
What did you think of Gunther’s actions? Was he right to attack Cole and McAfee? Let us know in the comments below.
