President Donald Trump singled out Taylor Swift during a White House celebration for the Philadelphia Eagles.

“I watched in person. I was there along with Taylor Swift,” he said on Monday, April 28 during an event honoring the Super Bowl LIX winners. “How did that work out? How did that one work out?”

The Eagles won over the Kansas City Chiefs, which Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce plays for, 40-22 during the game, which was held in February at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

Trump, who has made his distaste for the pop singer clear in the past, was quick to mock the “Fortnight” singer after she was booed during the game.

“The only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift,” Trump posted on his Truth Social platform following the Eagles’ win. “She got booed out of the Stadium. MAGA is very unforgiving!”

Trump’s anger toward Swift likely stemmed from her public support of Oakland native Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign last year, which prompted him to post “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.”

After the Super Bowl, he also retweeted a post from the X account @EndWokeness that was captioned “Taylor Swift got mercilessly booed. Trump got a hero’s welcome. Total culture shift,” and featured side-by-side clips comparing the crowd’s reaction to both celebrities.

Though some fans who were at the game believed that the cheers that Trump received in the clip were edited in by Fox News, the original post received 100,000 likes and 12,000 reshares.
