How to watch the men’s March Madness second-round games on Sunday: Schedule, odds and storylines

The last Sweet 16 tickets will be punched on Sunday, with second-round tourney action starting around noon Eastern and concluding shortly before midnight. The slate features title favorites Duke and Florida, plus blue-blood March staples like Michigan State, Kentucky, UConn and Arizona.

Sunday tips off with the top-ranked Gators and the defending champion Huskies. They’ll be followed by a matchup of presumed top NBA draft picks — Duke’s Cooper Flagg and Baylor’s VJ Edgecombe. Hot shooting offenses in Illinois and Kentucky squabble up after that. The first three games will be broadcast on CBS. Cue the music!

The Turner slate begins with Saint Mary’s as sizable underdogs against Alabama. Maryland’s “Crab Five” looks to fend off Colorado State’s inspired run; Iowa State tries to beat Ole Miss for its third Sweet 16 in four years; Michigan State seeks more Tom Izzo March magic versus New Mexico. The nightcap gives us two signature antagonists from the Pac-12 days in Arizona and Oregon.

The Sweet 16 goes down on Thursday and Friday of the forthcoming week.
