Jeff Ratcliffe’s 2025 NFL Mock Draft 4.0

It’s draft week, and version 4.0 of my 2025 NFL Mock Draft is here. With the betting markets nearly fully matured and NFL teams putting the finishing touches on their draft boards, this mock reflects what I’m hearing, how betting markets are shifting, and how each team is set from the standpoints of value and need. It’s not predictive for what I would do, it’s predictive for what I believe teams are likely to do based on current information.

The Titans need a long-term solution at quarterback, and Ward fits the bill. He offers the arm talent and mobility to give the offense more flexibility while resetting the franchise clock.

Hunter brings elite coverage instincts and playmaking ability to a defense that needs help opposite Denzel Ward. He also gives them some offensive versatility if they want to get creative.

Carter is one of the most explosive edge defenders in this class. The Giants take the best player in this spot.

Campbell is the most polished tackle in the draft and fills a massive need in New England. Protecting Drake Maye has to be the top priority.

Jacksonville needs more pass-rush presence from the interior and Graham is the best disruptor in the class. He fits the mold of the modern every-down defensive tackle.

The Raiders are thin in the backfield, and Jeanty is a versatile weapon who can contribute right away. He brings juice in the run game and can catch passes out of the backfield.

The Jets still need a long-term solution at tackle, and Membou has the movement skills to lock down a starting job. He gives them upside with Justin Fields now under center.

Walker fits what Carolina is trying to build defensively with speed and aggression in the middle. He’s an enforcer who can play all three downs.

Sanders gives the Saints an option at quarterback with Derek Carr’s future very much up in the air. He’s poised in the pocket and brings real upside.

Warren is a dynamic athlete at the position and is an instant plug-and-play weapon. He’d give Caleb Williams a big, reliable target over the middle.

Banks is a long-term answer at left tackle and gives the 49ers flexibility up front. He has the athleticism and technique to handle speed off the edge.

Golden would give Dallas a vertical weapon who can instantly complement CeeDee Lamb. He plays with physicality and has home-run ability after the catch.

Johnson is a long, physical corner with CB1 upside. He’d provide a major upgrade on what Miami currently has in house.

Loveland is a true mismatch weapon in the passing game. He’s a seam-stretcher and red zone threat.

Arizona needs more physicality and production up front and Williams has the tools to develop into a dominant presence. He brings scheme versatility and power off the edge.

Stewart is a traits-based projection who could flourish in Atlanta’s improving defensive front. The Falcons continue to build around size and strength in the trenches.

Green is twitchy and relentless with the motor to make an early impact. Green would give Cincinnati’s pass rush an instant boost.

McMillan is a big-bodied target who can win in contested situations. He’d complement the existing receiver group with a different skill set.

Campbell is rangy, athletic, and explosive downhill. He fits what Tampa looks for at linebacker and would give them long-term insurance next to Lavonte David.

The Broncos need a lead back and Hampton has feature-back tools. He runs with power and vision and can anchor the offense.

Grant is a force in the middle with rare size and explosiveness. The Steelers would get stronger up front as they reload defensively.

Barron gives the Chargers a nickel option with physicality and coverage versatility. He could start early and match up with AFC West slot receivers.

Starks is a ball-hawking safety with range and instincts. His versatility would fill any holes in Green Bay’s secondary.

Emmanwori is a downhill enforcer with size and length. He fits the mold of a hybrid box safety in Brian Flores’ system.

The Texans continue to invest in the offensive line with a raw but gifted tackle. Simmons has upside to develop into a starter with time.

Dart gives the Rams a developmental quarterback with toughness and arm strength. He’s a strong fit to groom behind Matthew Stafford.

Nolen is a former five-star recruit who can wreck games from the interior. The Ravens continue to build around strength in the trenches.

Pearce has the first-step quickness and pass-rush traits to be a problem off the edge. He would add more juice to a young and hungry Detroit front.

Ezeiruaku is productive and polished with strong hands and good instincts. He brings high-floor edge depth to a rebuilding defense.

Egbuka is one of the best route runners in the class and projects as an immediate contributor. He would give give Josh Allen a dependable target with polish and toughness.

Conerly is an athletic tackle who can grow into a long-term starter. He fits Kansas City’s need for pass protection around Patrick Mahomes.

Harmon is a stout run defender with heavy hands and anchor. He would join a deep Eagles rotation that values versatility and power up front.
