The Jonas Brothers — the lovable trio of Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas — will perform their biggest Michigan concert to date when they play Comerica Park on Aug. 28.
The show is part of the JoBros’ 20th anniversary “Living the Dream” tour, details of which were rolled out Sunday, prior to the group’s JonasCon event in their home state of New Jersey.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday via Ticketmaster channels. Fans can sign up for access to presale tickets online now via Ticketmaster’s website.
Marshmello, who collaborated with the Jonas Brothers on the singles “Leave Before You Love Me” and “Slow Motion,” will open the concert.
The three JoBros announced plans for the “Living the Dream” tour Friday on “Good Morning America.” The Comerica Park show is one of 10 stadium concerts on the 43-date tour, which kicks off Aug. 10 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and wraps Nov. 14 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
The Detroit show is second summer 2025 concert to be announced at Comerica Park. The Tigers’ home will also host the Lumineers on Sept. 13.
In addition to their hits together as a group, the concerts will feature sets dedicated to each members’ solo work, including Joe Jonas’ DNCE project.
The Jonas Brothers released their debut single “Mandy” in 2005 and went on to become pop music sensations. They’ve released six studio albums, three of which have debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The group’s most recent effort, “The Album,” was released in 2023.
In a February letter to fans, the group promised fans its 20th anniversary year would include new music, both as a group and solo; a live concert album; a soundtrack; and a new holiday movie.
The band’s latest single, “Love Me to Heaven,” arrived this week.
Previous Jonas Brothers area tour stops included a 2008 concert at the Fox Theatre, performances at Pine Knob/ DTE Energy Music Theatre in 2008, 2010, 2013 and 2021, a 2009 concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills, and 2019 and 2023 dates at Little Caesars Arena.
