Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on Easter Sunday and Us is taking a closer look at their low-key wedding venue.
Stewart, 35, and Meyer, 37, held their small ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 20, at Mexican restaurant Casita Del Campo, located in the neighborhood of Silver Lake. According to TMZ, Stewart and Meyer picked up their wedding license earlier in the week before their casual wedding.
Casita Del Campo has been a mainstay in the community since husband and wife duo Rudy and Nina Del Campo opened its doors in 1962. After Rudy built a successful dance career on Broadway and in Las Vegas — he was one of the Sharks in the 1961 film version of West Side Story — he decided to open a restaurant. In honor of Rudy’s past, the restaurant is decorated in West Side Story memorabilia.
The Stewart/Meyer wedding was a simple affair. While Stewart wore a light gray mini skirt and matching cardigan, Meyer donned a cream silk mini dress. Both brides wore black shoes. The small guest list reportedly included Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson and her husband, Brandon Davis, as well as Stewart’s Living for the Dead co creator CJ Romero.
Kristen Stewart infamously came out as queer in the middle of her Saturday Night Live hosting debut. “I’m a little nervous to be hosting because I know the president’s probably watching, and, um, I don’t think he likes me that much,” Stewart quipped in her February 2017 monologue, referring to former president Donald Trump disapproving […]
The wedding may have been an inexpensive affair as well — the priciest item on the restaurant’s regular menu is the carne asada, which comes with “thinly sliced sirloin steak” and will set you back a mere $30. The restaurant has several options for private event spaces, including their Red Lounge Room, which fits 40 guests, and their Patio Deck, which seats 25.
Casita Del Campo has been described as a sanctuary for the LGBTQ+ community in Los Angeles, Robert del Campo — son of Rudy and Nina — said in an interview with Open Table in May 2023.

“At seven o’clock on Fridays, there would be a group of 10 in our main dining room always at the same table, the same chairs, holding court,” Robert said of the restaurant in the 1970s. “This idea of acceptance — gay or straight — melding together and supporting each other has always been a part of Casita del Campo.”
At the time, other well-known LGBTQ+ hangouts like The Black Cat had been raided, but Casita del Campo remained a refuge. “Word spread quickly that this is a safe space to enjoy your lives,” Robert continued. “We live for the camaraderie of all these human beings— providing for each other—to make another day better for everybody.”
Many stars went to the chapel and said “I do” in 2025. Nobody Wants This star Justine Lupe married partner Tyson Mason on February 18 in an intimate courthouse ceremony in Beverly Hills. Robert said, “It’s always been with a glad heart to support the legacy of my father and all this dedication from the customers. I want this place to continue when I take my last breath, and I want to take care of this community.”
Stewart and Meyer have been together since 2019, with Meyer taking their relationship Instagram official in October of that year. Stewart confirmed her engagement to Meyer on a November 2021 appearance on The Howard Stern Show.
“We’re marrying, we’re totally gonna do it,” Stewart said. “I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and she nailed it. We’re marrying, it’s happening.”
