The Los Angeles Lakers march toward the 2025 NBA Playoffs continues on Thursday when they host the Golden State Warriors, another team that is streaking toward a postseason berth.
The Lakers currently hold third place in the Western Conference with a 46-29 record after they defeated the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday and the Houston Rockets on Monday, with some help from the Denver Nuggets, who lost on Tuesday and Wednesday. Meanwhile, the Warriors have won 19 of their last 24 games since six-time All-Star forward Jimmy Butler made his debut with them nearly two months ago.
