Wide receiver Mack Hollins won’t be running it back with the Buffalo Bills in 2025, as Mike Garafolo shared on Monday evening that Hollins has agreed to terms with the New England Patriots. The deal is reportedly a two-year, $8.4 million contract that maxes out at $10.4 million, per sources shared with Garafolo.
This is a move that allows Hollins to reunite with Josh McDaniels, who was his head coach while both were with the Las Vegas Raiders. That season in Vegas turned out to be Hollins’ best in the NFL, with him catching 57 passes (94 targets) for 690 yards and four touchdowns.
Hollins’ arrival at One Bills Drive immediately sparked the locker room, and he became an imperative “glue guy” during the 2024 NFL season. As the season progressed, Hollins became one of quarterback Josh Allen’s most trusted receivers in key moments, and he led the team in receiving touchdowns with five.
Hollins finishes his one season in Buffalo making 13 starts in 17 games played, catching 31 passes (50 targets) for 378 yards and five touchdowns. Hollins started two of the Bills’ three postseason games, and hauled in five catches (8 targets) for 104 yards and one touchdown

Hollins’ departure is sure to resonate with Bills Mafia, who quickly too to his charismatic personality and unique views on footwear, utensils for food, and more. But the truth is that for all the fond memories fans have of Hollins the person, the Buffalo Bills now have a void to fill on offense and special teams.
