One Netflix user claimed the streaming giant was working on the issue. They wrote in Downdetector’s comment section: “I called Netflix today and they said it’s a new problem and they’re working on it.”
Another said: “I was signed out of Netflix on my PS5 which never happens I tried to sign in again and now every time it goes to load it says unable to connect to Netflix try again every time I try again shows me the same thing.”
