The New England Patriots had their franchise quarterback in mind at the top of the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Patriots used the No. 4 overall pick to select LSU’s Will Campbell, who was viewed by many as the top offensive tackle in this year’s draft. Campbell will get the opportunity to be New England’s starting left tackle and protect 2024 first-round pick Drake Maye from Day 1.
