Amanda Bynes, the former Nickelodeon star known for her roles in The Amanda Show and What I Like About You, has officially joined OnlyFans—making headlines as one of the latest celebrities to enter the subscription-based platform. But in a move that may have surprised fans, she’s also issued a clear warning about what not to expect from her page.
Why it matters
While OnlyFans is often associated with explicit or adult content, Bynes made it known from the outset that nudity is completely off the table. In a short introductory post, she welcomed followers and made her content intentions crystal clear.
“I’m doing OnlyFans to chat with my fans through dm’s [direct messages]. I won’t be posting any sleazy content. Excited to join,” she wrote.
What To know
Amanda Bynes’ OnlyFans subscription is priced at $50 per month. As of now, she has shared two mirror selfies to the platform.
Bynes stepped away from acting in 2010 and has since focused on interests in fashion and art. In 2013, she was placed under a legal conservatorship, which lasted nine years. During that time, she attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in 2014.
Conservatorship is a legal term referring to the responsibilities of a conservator over the affairs of a person who has been judged by a court to be unable to meet their basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter.

In 2022, Amanda Bynes’ conservatorship was officially terminated, and she has reportedly remained focused on her sobriety since then. She has gradually begun pursuing new career goals, including a return to the creative arts. In December 2024, Bynes hosted a pop-up art show attended by several public figures, including the singer and actor Noah Cyrus.
Bynes’ early 2010s breakdown was widely covered in the media and included legal issues, erratic social media posts, and other concerning incidents that ultimately led to her conservatorship. In a 2015 interview with Paper magazine, she acknowledged having misused Adderall, a medication commonly prescribed for ADHD, citing its appetite-suppressant effects as a motivation.
Last November, Bynes opened up about her health in a candid Instagram Story post. The former actor shared a screenshot of her step counter, revealing that she had walked nearly 15,000 steps—over six miles—and burned 481 calories in a single day. “Down 6 pounds! 154 pounds now,” wrote the 38-year-old She’s the Man star, sharing an update on her weight-loss journey.

Her post followed an earlier admission in March, when she said her struggles with depression had significantly affected her weight. “I’ve gained over 20 pounds. in the past few months from being depressed,” she wrote, adding that she was now doing much better and had started practicing “opposite action” to stay active and eat healthier, even when she didn’t feel like it.
At the time, she said, “I weigh 162 pounds. right now and want to get back to 110 pounds.” Bynes has previously spoken about how body image issues at the height of her fame contributed to a dependence on Adderall and other substances, ultimately leading her to step away from acting in 2012.
