NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski are denying allegations made in an amended lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Ashley Parham alleged that Diddy, 55, heard her saying she believed he was involved in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. (Diddy has denied any involvement and has never been charged in the case.)
As a result, the rap mogul allegedly met up with Parham in 2018 to “pay” for her statements made about Shakur.
Parham alleged in court documents that Diddy sexually assaulted her before Druski, 30, and Beckham Jr., 32, allegedly raped her. Both public figures, however, deny the claims.
INF/INSTAR Sean “Diddy” Combs has been under investigation for at least a year after being accused of sexual assault by multiple people. The rapper and music mogul, 54, made headlines in November 2023 after his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of sexual abuse in a bombshell lawsuit. She accused Diddy of beating her, forcing her to […]
“This allegation is a fabricated lie,” Druski wrote via his Instagram Story on Sunday, March 9. “I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”
While Druski said his “heart breaks for actual victims of abuse,” he is “fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
In response to Druski’s statement, Beckham Jr. spoke out via X writing, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. S—s stupid.”

Parham’s lawsuit was originally filed in a federal court in California in October 2024. At the time, Diddy’s team denied her allegations.
In response to her amended complaint, Diddy’s legal team described Parham’s claims as a “far-fetched tale.”
“Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation,” Diddy’s legal team said in a statement to Us on Monday, March 10. “In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players.”
The statement continued, “Her far-fetched tale contains it all: fake cops, cash bribes, and an alleged victim of the late Michael Jackson who was purportedly kidnapped across state lines and forced to ‘sign paperwork at gun point’ while shepherded through a web of ‘safe houses.’ No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies — and the perverse motives of those who told them — will be revealed.”
Sean “Diddy” Combs pleaded not guilty to several charges on Tuesday, September 17, one day after his New York arrest. Page Six reported on Tuesday that he entered a not guilty plea for charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. “We are not done,” U.S. […]
In January 2025, Diddy filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against one of his accusers and their attorney Ariel Mitchell for the “false and defamatory statements” they have caused. (Mitchell is also the attorney for Parham.) Mitchell has not publicly commented on the lawsuit.
Diddy is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and is awaiting trial on various charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He has denied all allegations against him and awaits a trial set for May 5.
