It’s official: Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker are dating — and fellow boygenius member Phoebe Bridgers had the perfect reaction when the news broke.

Ahead of the release of her solo album Forever Is A Feeling on March 28, Lucy Dacus sat down with The New Yorker, and the profile confirmed she is indeed dating Julien Baker, something fans have long speculated about.

Though Dacus herself is not quoted confirming the relationship, the profile, by Amanda Petrusich, reads: “Dacus is now in a committed relationship with Baker.”

As soon as the confirmation was official, news accounts started sharing it far and wide, and Phoebe Bridgers herself also joined in on the fun, sharing a picture of the trio with her face blurred out and a heart framing Dacus and Baker.
