Prince Andrew’s former girlfriend took to Instagram Monday to give her tasteless take on his sexual assault accuser — and prey of his predator pal Jeffrey Epstein — having just “days to live” after her car was hit by a bus.
Virginia Giuffre, the most prominent victim of late pedophile financier Epstein who also accused the royal of sexual assault, said that she was suffering kidney failure and was told she likely has “four days left to live,” Giuffre wrote on Instagram Sunday alongside a photo showing her heavily bruised body in a hospital bed after the wreck.
Lady Victoria Hervey, an English model who briefly dated Prince Andrew in 1999, held no sympathy for the ailing mom of three, posting a series of bizarre Instagram stories riddled with baseless accusations against Giuffre and her estranged husband — and calling her devastating accident “karma.”

“I don’t believe it though, the FBI are on her right now and arrest warrants are coming. She’s conveniently dying to evade jail. I think it’s time that Robert Giuffre who has custody of their teenage children to speak [sic]. I know he knows the truth of the fake photo and all her con jobs,” Hervey wrote, providing no proof to her outlandish claims.

“[Giuffre] is the Queen of the fake photo after all. Hence I’m such a sceptic (sic) and don’t believe in jumping to any conclusions right away from a visual.”
The exact details and location of Giuffre’s crash are unclear, but she had been living in Western Australia with her husband, though they had reportedly split recently.
In 2015, Giuffre was at the center of the Epstein sex abuse scandal after she pursued legal action against the disgraced billionaire.
In her accusations, she alleged that Epstein and his convicted madam Ghislaine Maxwell forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew at least three times, starting in 2001 when she was just 17.

Prince Andrew asserted that he did not recall ever meeting Giuffre — despite being photographed with her and Maxwell in 2001 — but settled a lawsuit with her out of court in 2022.
No liability was included in the lawsuit, and the Duke of York has continued to deny the claims. Following the scandal, he lost the right to use the His Royal Highness title, military titles and royal patronages. He also paid Giuffre and a victim’s rights charity an unspecified amount, likely in the millions.

Still, Hervey is fuming and promised to return to Instagram Tuesday with more theories on Giuffre’s accident — despite receiving massive backlash for her comments.
“Vile! And ditch the “Lady” title. You are no Lady!” one user commented on Hervey’s Instagram.
“Waiting for YOUR KARMA. Disgusting. You must be just as bad and dir-ty as them,” another added.
