It’s official. Spider-Man 4 is called Spider-Man: Brand New Day and it’s coming July 31, 2026.
Tom Holland announced the news via video at CinemaCon 2025, where titles and trailers had been revealed for several previous Spider-Man films. On location shooting Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, the star sent in a brief clip and said that since Peter Parker’s life had kind of been reset at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Brand New Day was “a fresh start.” Here’s the logo:
Destin Daniel Cretton, the filmmaker behind Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and acclaimed indie drama Short Term 12, is directing and was also on hand. He revealed that his son’s first word was “Spider-Man” so it’s been very special for him to be working on the film every day. Filming will take place this summer.
Of course, this still leaves so many questions. Who else is in this movie? Who is Sadie Sink playing? Is it a multiverse movie or is it a grounded story? We don’t know. It’s just, well, a Brand New Day.
What do you think of the title? What about the logo? Looks more comic book-inspired, right? Let us know in the comments and keep checking back all week for updates at CinemaCon 2025.
