The market may be closed, but stocks were falling in extended trading after President Donald Trump unveiled tariff plans.

The SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust dropped 2% in after-hours trading. The Invesco QQQ Trust sank 2.6%. Apple stock was down 4.3% in extended trading. Tesla was down 3%. Taiwan Semiconductor shares were down 3.5%.

Stocks fell after Trump held up a chart that included 34% tariffs on China, 20% tariffs on the European Union, and 32% tariffs on imports from Taiwan, among others.
