Storm damage reported in Middle Tennessee after tornado-warned storm

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Multiple areas in Middle Tennessee had reports of damage after tornado-warned storms rolled through.

Areas such as Madison, Kingston Springs, Pegram, Dickson, Gallatin and many other places had reports of damage.

In Madison, a business called Line-X in Nashville partially collapsed.

One woman, Jessica Cruz, who lives across the street, documented the storm and the aftermath. She said normally the business is very busy, but was thankful it wasn’t.

“That could have been our apartment and there’s a child above us and it literally went over our apartment and the whole tree was just spinning and spinning,” Cruz said. “Thank goodness no one was here or hurt.

In Dickson, the roof of an apartment complex was partially torn off. Some of the residents had to be evacuated due to the damage.

In Gallatin, an equipment shed on a family farm completely collapsed.

In Kingston Springs, a tree fell on a home partially taking out paneling next to a window.

In Forest Hills, a power pole was snapped in two on Timberwood Drive Saturday. Images show the pole partially hovering over the road with power lines down.
