Taylor Swift accepted some new awards from afar last night, and while she was at it, sent us into a spiral thanks to her sartorial Easter eggs.
The superstar won big at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards, taking home the Tour of the Century award for her record-breaking Eras Tour. She also won six fan-voted awards before the show even began, including Favorite Tour Tradition for the surprise songs that she incorporated into her Eras Tour concerts, making every show different, and Favorite Surprise Guest, for when she brought boyfriend Travis Kelce onto the stage—choreography, top hat and all—during a show in London.

Nonetheless, Swift was not able to be present at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre to accept her honors, and instead, delivered a speech via a pre-recorded video that was shown on the big screen during the ceremony.
“This tour was the most challenging thing that I’ve ever done in my life,” she said. “It really was the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done.”
For the video appearance, the “Fortnight” singer respected her go-to outfit formula, opting for a schoolgirl-inspired plaid, pleated miniskirt in black, white, and red, with golden buttons. She wore it with a black long-sleeve top and her signature bright-red lipstick. Swift accessorized with gold jewelry: dangly earrings, a Cartier watch, and a serpent-shaped necklace. Of course our queen of Easter eggs would not let even a quick cameo pass without dropping hints.

As Swifties know, the musician has been teasing the release of her Reputation (Taylor’s Version) album for some time now—hence the snakes and the black-and-red color palette.
Since Swift’s 2019 legal feud with record executive Scooter Braun over her master recordings (explained here), the singer has been diligently rerecording her first six studio albums. She has now released four rerecorded albums—Fearless (Taylor’s Version), Red (Taylor’s Version), Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), and 1989 (Taylor’s Version). The only ones left are Reputation and her 2006 debut album, Taylor Swift, as she owns the master rights to her albums from 2019’s Lover on.
We may be following her clues like Hansel and Gretel follow bread crumbs, but if we know anything about Swift, Reputation (TV) will arrive when we least expect it.
