Around 5:20 a.m., Ameren Missouri reported 119,374 outages statewide.

• St. Charles: 1,421
• St. Louis County: 62,452
• St. Louis City: 5,506
• Franklin: 12,922

Ameren Illinois reported 44,027 outages around 5:20 a.m.

• Madison County: 3,104
• Jersey County: 209
• St. Clair County: 8,733
• Macoupin: 292
• Monroe: 5,505
