April 20, 2025: It’s a 4/20 miracle! Meyer and Stewart tied the knot in an intimate backyard ceremony surrounded by friends and family. TMZ has pics from the occasion, which found both brides in cute, short-sleeve outfits. The outlet reports that they’d picked up a marriage license at a Los Angeles courthouse earlier in the week, and guests included Ashley Benson and her husband, Brandon Davis. Guy Fieri was not in attendance.
January 2022: During a visit to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Stewart teases that her wedding will likely be nontraditional. “I want to have a big party or something…. I’m so unceremonial. We might just go do it this weekend or something. I don’t know. Just hang out with everyone afterward,” she said. “I just want to do it! I’m not a good planner. I can’t make plans for dinner. I like to pivot. You never know where I’m going, man.”
November 4, 2021: After Stewart mentions wanting Food Network star Guy Fieri to officiate her wedding, the Mayor of Flavortown accepts the gig.
November 2, 2021: Stewart reveals that the pair are engaged and gives fans a peek into the proposal. “It’s not a given that I would be the one, you know what I mean? Like, with two girls, you never know, like, who’s going to fulfill what weird fucking gender role thing and we don’t do that or think about it in those terms,” Stewart explained to to Howard Stern, per People. “So I was like, Wait, well, I’m not the one for sure. And so I was kind of joking for a bit, like, ‘No, I want to be the one to propose, like, I want to be proposed to’ and then she just grabbed that bowl and made it happen. It was fucking so cute.”
October 27, 2019: The pair go Instagram-official with a sweet black-and-white pic posted by Meyer and captioned, “Find me under the covers hiding from the happiness police. 🖤”
2013: Dylan Meyer, a screenwriter, and Kristen Stewart meet on the set of American Ultra. “We were both so wrapped up in fucking other things, literally,” Stewart told Rolling Stone of their first meeting. Luckily, they reconnected six years later at a friend’s birthday party and hit it off immediately.
“I don’t know what my family’s going to look like, but there’s no fucking way that I don’t start acquiring kids,” Stewart revealed. “And also, ideally at some point soon I go, ‘I want to have a kid.’ I really want that to happen.”
