Tornado Watch issued for Middle Tennessee and parts of Southern Kentucky through 10 p.m. (WZTV)

4:14 p.m. A ground stop issued at Nashville International Airpot (BNA) has been extended to 4:30 p.m.
3:45 p.m. A tornado warning has been issued for Maury, Rutherford, and Williamson counties.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — FOX 17 News continues in a Code Red Weather alert for yet another round of possible severe weather.
After an active night with numerous tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings, our late morning and early afternoon hours Thursday will see a brief lull in severe weather potential.
A Tornado Watch is in effect for a good portion of Middle Tennessee and parts of Southern Kentucky through 10 p.m. Thursday.
Mid-afternoon through the evening brings one last batch of thunderstorms that could turn strong to severe, mainly north of I-40.
All modes of severe weather will be possible, including another tornado threat.
Flooding remains a major concern through the weekend. Some areas have already seen upwards of 5″ of rainfall since midnight with an additional 1-2″ possible in these same areas through Friday morning.
